Mercy Rule
1. No goal difference shall exceed 6 goals.
2. If further goals are scored exceeding a 6 goal difference, the excess goals will neither be counted nor
reported on the game card.
3. A team with a 6 goal advantage must be encouraged to make a certain number of passes, moves,
and/or touches on the ball before going to goal. This # is determined by the coach.
Substitution Rules
- A player may substitute into and out of the game an unlimited number of times.
- Substitution Opportunities:
- Prior to a team’s own throw-in.
- Either Team - Prior to a goal kick.
- Either Team - After a goal is scored.
- Either Team - During injury stoppage.
- Either team - At halftime.
