The Board of Directors (BOD) of the San Ramon Soccer consists of 16 voting members elected by general membership each year at the Annual General Meeting held in December of each year. Five of these board members are classified as officers (Executive Committee - EC) and have designated areas of responsibility. Additional board members (non-voting associates) manage designated tasks and functions as determined on an annual or ad hoc basis. Specific responsibilities of this body are found in Section 2.01 of the San Ramon Soccer Constitution and Bylaws.

- Vice President of Operations
- Vice President of Finance
- Vice President of Competitive Program (COMP)
- Vice President of Recreational Program (REC).

Board of Director Meetings
Board of Director meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at the San Ramon Soccer Office. Meetings begin @ 7:30 pm. The public is invited to attend.
BOD Meeting Minutes are posted to the website once minutes from the previous meeting are approved by the BOD.
